Pegasus Annual Maintenance is ordered via individual model numbers
(see
InveStore product list) and is required with the
initial software purchase. Contact your Pegasus supplier for
pricing and ordering information. If you purchased your software
directly from Pegasus, contact us regarding enrollment.

Renewal
Annual maintenance renewal can be completed through your Pegasus
software supplier or with Pegasus directly. Click

IMPORTANT NOTE: Pegasus does not sell optical hardware
and does not provide hardware maintenance services. Pegasus
does offer assistance to resolving these types of issues as
it relates to our software. However it is the responsibility
of the end user to resolve hardware problems with the manufacturer.
*When purchasing annual maintenance, users must register the
license(s), providing company name and contact information.
Maintenance coverage from one license cannot be used to request
support for other Pegasus software licenses. Annual maintenance
enrollment must be purchased within the initial 30-day warranty
period. After 30-days, additional fees apply to enrollment.
