The export slot already contains a cartridge. No other cartridges can be exported. |
You must remove the disk in the export slot before attempting to unmount another cartridge. |

0x0025 |
Import slot is empty. |
You cannot mount the cartridge since it does not exist. You must place a cartridge in the library import slot before it can be mounted. |

0x0026 |
Library con tainer is full. |
You cannot import any other cartridges. You will have to unmount a cartridge before you can import another disk. |

Unable to find any supported SCSI host adapt ers. |
You have either improperly installed the adapter device drivers or you are attempt ing to use an adapter that is not supported by Pegasus. This is a configuration issue that you must resolve. |

An attempt was made to operate Pegasus software using unsupported hardware. This can indicate that you are attempting to access hardware with the improper Pegasus software model number. |

A request was made to get a disk from an empty storage slot. Generally indicates someone manually removed disks from the library. This operation cannot be supported by Pegasus. DO NOT TOUCH OR REARRANGE CARTRIDGES WHILE THE PEGASUS SOFTWARE IS ACTIVE. |

An attempt was made to send a command to a SCSI device. The device was unable to process the command because it was already busy processing a command. Retry the command. |

A hardware error was encountered while accessing a SCSI device |
The error will be recorded in the log file. Call your drive manufacturer and provide the error codes that have been logged in the log file. Pegasus cannot solve hard ware problems. |

0x0030 |
SCSI device was not ready. |
A command was issued to a device which could not accept it because it was not in a state of readiness. If the system is operat ing normally, this error can be ignored because it is informational only. If the system is not operational it should be ser viced by an experienced technician. |

General Media error. |
A media error was encountered while attempting to read or write a sector. The error will be recorded in the log file. Call your drive manufacturer and provide the error codes that have been logged in the log file. |

Unit attention error. |
The device could not accept the command because the state of the device has changed. This often requires operator intervention to correct. |
|
0x0033 |
General com mand abort error. |
The SCSI command was aborted due to an unrecoverable error. retry operation. If the error persists, please have the system ser viced by an experienced technician. |

0x0034 |
An illegal SCSI command was issued. |
This generally indicates that the incorrect driver was used for a device. It can also indicate that the storage disk contains cor rupted pointers. |

0x0035 |
Unexpected drive reset. |
The drive has unexpectedly reset itself. This generally indicates faulty or improper SCSI cabling. This generally indicates there are physical problems with your hardware installation. Please have your system serviced by an experienced technician. Pegasus cannot solve this problem. |

0x0037 |
The drive has gone off-line. |
The drive is bad and should be replaced. The error will be recorded in the log file. Call your drive manufacturer and provide the error codes that have been logged in the log file. Pegasus cannot solve hard ware problems. |

A disk is in the storage drive but it is not spun up. |
Generally, this error is informational only. If the disk cannot be spun up, the system should be serviced by an experienced technician. |

0x0039 |
General SCSI bus error. |
This can be caused by bad or improper cabling, host adapter fault, etc. This gen erally indicates there are physical prob lems with your hardware installation. Please have your system serviced by an experienced technician. Pegasus cannot solve this problem. |

SCSI command was aborted by the host adapter. |
Retry command. If error persists, contact your SCSI card manufacturer and provide the errors that have been recorded in the log file. |

This is an informational error. If a large number of these errors occurs, there is a problem with your system. Either the media or the drive has problems. The error will be recorded in the log file. The OHIM received an error while send ing a SCSI command but was able to cor rect the error. Make sure your hardware is in good working order. |

The format command failed while format ting a disk. Replace the disk or have the drive serviced. |
