Mounted volumes not showing in Explorer

Q- Did you assign a logical drive letter for the InveStore system?

Q- Can you see the assigned drive letter from the command prompt?

Q- Did you assign more than one logical drive letter for the InveStore system?

Only assign one logical drive letter for the InveStore system. This drive letter will automatically be "re-assigned" at InveStore startup (service and/or console).
