Q-What are the SCSI ID settings for the library and its drives?

Make sure that the library is set to a lower SCSI ID than the drive or drives in the library.

Q- Are you using media that has been formatted with the InveStore file system?

Q- Is the library reporting any SCSI Request sense key information? If hardware errors are being reported, please contact hardware manufacturer.
